How to Use Ms Excel Count Formula

Count the number of cell that contains number in the specified range.

     Usage Note

The Count function returns the count of numeric values in the list of supplied  argument. Arguments can be individual items, cell references,or range up to a total of 255 arguments. All numbers including negative valus, Percentage,dates fractions, and time are count. Empty cells and text values are ignored.
